Ali Ingle – The Man and The Monster EP [Artist Introduction]

Liverpool native, Ali Ingle, recently released his ‘The Man and The Monster’ EP to great acclaim. Seemingly inspired by the revival of the American Blues/Folk scene, Ali’s emotion jumps out of his soulful lyrics. I’ll let him describe his purpose: “Im not trying to change the world or make a statement. My music is just the ramblings and inner thoughts of an attention seeking kid who never quite grew up.” These ramblings hint at a man wiser than his years; and lucky for us the young Ingle has plenty more music coming. The highlights off this EP were definitely the two songs ‘Tornado’ and ‘Jekyll and Hyde,’ which you can sample below. Enjoy this interesting mix between blues and folk!
