It’s been a while since I’ve posted due to a busy work schedule, but I’ve got a home-grown treat for y’all from my home town of Camp Hill, PA. Hot Jam Factory describes themselves as a retro garage-rock band, but they explore so many other genres that they’re hard to classify. “All Fam’ly” exhibits this experimentation as they delve into some blues which compliments Hot Jam Factory’s raucous attitude. I’ve shared it below for your enjoyment.

If you like what you hear, are in the mid-state, and want to hear some more awesome local bands, come out and check out the Midtown Arts & Music Festival in Harrisburg this Friday and Saturday. Organized by the folks at Tree Cover Records the event totals 17 musical performances, and a broad spectrum of the local music scene will be on display. Art exhibits and displays will also scatter the streets as the event coincides with 3rd in the Burg, an effort in Harrisburg to shake things up the 3rd Friday of each month with music and art throughout the city streets. I’ll be there supporting this awesome event and you should join! Musical performances will take place in the Broad Street Market courtyard and delicious food will be available (the shows are free, food is not). Be there or be square.
