Miners – Hey Love

After releasing only 2 songs, this west coast band is already drawing favorable comparisons to folk favorites such as Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. Miners, founded by Justin Miner, comprise an Oregon based folk group made up of family and friends of Justin. As their soundcloud lovably states they are: “lovers and friends singing west coast hymns…” Their second released song, ‘Hey Love’ shows the soaring potential of this eclectic group. Starting off slowly, Justin and Co. quickly pick up the pace and turn ‘Hey Love’ into another foot stomping, summer-folk anthem. Check out both songs available by them below and enjoy the free download of the sure-to-be summer hit, ‘Hey Love.’
