Originally touted as ‘the next The White Stripes’ during their 2006 forming, Slow Club found their home in the folk genre. With a more vibrant and less chaotic sound than anything Jack and Meg put out, the European duo mixes elements of folk, twee, and 60′s pop into a classically beautiful sound. With two albums under their belt, if you haven’t heard of these guys yet, you’re doing yourself a great disservice.
